Boots Opticians Kenilworth

A couple of years ago, we thought we would save money and visit a supermarket optician. Never again, with Boots you get a thorough eye examination and are confident of what you have bought

I have never been more impressed when attending an opticians before. The young lady called Karen on the shopfloor had extensive knowledge on all the different options available to me: contact lenses, lens types and repairs. She was the only one to approach me with a smile in order to assist me with any queries I had. Would definitely recommend Karen's service to everyone.

The optromotrist took great care to listen to my eye problems & make recommendations, also gave a very thorough eye test. Care was taken to help me close the best lenses to suit my lifestyle. Overall a very comprehensive service.

The room itself was somewhat in need of refurbishment, carpet and equipment was VERY dated. There wasn't a "fresh and clean" feel to the place. Whilst the Optometrist was clearly expert in her abilities she was coughing and her smelt of cigarettes which stayed with me for the rest of the afternoon. Not nice.
