Poor customer service is an understatement. The optometrist was rude and arrogant.

First time with Boots Opticians as was having trouble reading. Great service and the optometrist explained everything in detail. Love my glasses, can't recommend them enough! If you want great service and good glasses definitely check them out.

The optometrist Insiyah was very helpful, however Idris was dealing with me for buying my glasses was very rude & unhelpful. I wasn’t happy with the pricing structure because last time I got the frames a lot cheaper last time. When I asked for the prescription, Idris was so rude and he did not want to help me, even when he gave me the prescription slip he told me that ‘it’s not my responsibility, you do what you want’. Very disappointed as a loyal customer.

I had a fantastic experience, they were incredibly friendly and kind and made me feel very comfortable getting glasses for the first time.

It was a routine check up this time. I wasn't overly impressed as the optometrist didn't introduce himself when he came over to the desk and his trainee was a bit all over the place with what needed to be done. All the tests weren't explained very clearly and I didn't feel like the optometrist was that friendly, he just did his job. I've been to this branch previously and definitely received better service from the previous team and spent a lot of money on glasses and sunglasses.

tthe staff were Excellent. Very good serive. What put me off thatbeing a pensioner the choices e for national health frames was disgraceful as there were only about 8-10frames. Boots must talk to the franchise and ask them to improve their frame selection. I will think twice before going to this branch next year although it is my local branch. Hope Boots takes action as I had no proper frame choice

I was seen straight away without prior appointment. The test was thorough and a number of staff helped me decide on the right sort of lenses (transitions) as I was unsure about it. I was also helped to pick a pair of glasses that suited me, which I also liked. The whole process took less than an hour and I was well advised by all the staff.
