Boots Opticians Borehamwood

My whole family has been using boots opticians in borehamwood for years, all of a sudden it has new people and they are very rude and unprofessional and very difficult to understand . i have now removed all our family and will go to specsavers. dont recommend at all. communication not great, disappointe. Wil take my business elsewhere

The hand of the glasses came off within three months of receiving it and it was fixed. One year on, one arm of the glasses came of again. The designer print on the second glasses came off. Theses were meant to be designer glasses that cost me a lot yet they have both falling into pieces. I have had to revert to my old ones that I received from another optician and still have very solid frames unlike the ones that I received from Boot Optician in Borehamwood. I am very disappointed to have designer glasses that cost me so much yet they have both falling into pieces.

I felt pressurised when choosing glasses as was not given time to look at glasses myself.
