I have been attending this Opticians for years - I made an appointment to see my regular Optometrist and when I called to confirm it I discovered that it had not been made with her but with someone else - very shoddy customer service…

After having a eye test in preparation for trying contacts, was given a 11am weekday appointment for "lens teach". Took time off work, waited for a while , only then to be told " we are a bit short staffed". So they wont do the training. And the next free appointment would not be for at least 10 days! They wasted my time, cost me money from not working. WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME?!! I have trusted Boots, just spent £150 on glasses with you, and was prepared to buy monthly contacts

Excellent care

It was very quick and simple. I was worried about my eye after having laser done on a tear. She showed me photos of the inside of my eye and explained where everything was. It really put me at ease and I would highly recommend going to them.

Provided excellent care and listened to me attentively. Naina checked my eyes and contact lenses thoroughly and made clear recommendations to me.

I received more than adequate help during my visit. The environment was very clean and staff helpful
