Boots Opticians Mill Hill

I have no problem with the visit itself but I cannot believe they shut every day from 1pm to 2pm even when there are 3 of them in there! Which other shops have lunch breaks?? Can’t they have a rota in place?? Beware of buying cheaper glasses - when I went to collect, the lady in front had bought Valentino glasses and the man who served her stopped short of putting down the red carpet for her. I bought a cheaper pair so I didn’t even get an apology for the wait ! Disgusting!!

Extremely thorough and reassuring. All staff were professional, friendly and inspired confidence. I was particularly pleased there was no pressure selling and will use in future.

The staff were extremely helpful, very professional and caring. All staff members worked as a team with customers being their main focus. The shop seems to be run very well and customers, including myself, were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. It was very reassuring to be so well informed at each step of my eye test, choosing my lenses etc. Overall I am very pleased with my visit.

All three of the people in the optician were excellent. Rav in particular has a lovely style, managed to be assertive with my old optician to get my old prescription, and is obviously an experienced optometrist. Really impressed by the whole experience.
