Great customer care, didn’t rush the appointment and has helped me a lot to find my glasses

Excellent customer service from Laylaa and Manpreet. They were both extremely helpful and had the knowledge to help me make the right choice that best suited my needs unlike Specsavers who left me in the dark with no idea of what I needed other than a pair of glasses which I had to choose alone. Laylaa however, assisted me in helping me find the right frame which suited me and my face It was a pleasure to meet them and I can't wait to go back and see them again.

There was a problem with my online appointment but the young man at the reception desk was extremely helpful and was able to fit me in with the optometrist before her next appointment. Very good service even though the online booking service was at fault.

It was a great experience

I love the service boots provides for myself and my son. However they need a lift that customers can access themselves as I struggle to get staff downstairs to be available to take me up to the opticians when I have my daughter who is in a push chair.

Optician was fine and friendly the apt was made quickly online but the actual customer service from the other staff their was very disappointing. 3 girls stood behind the desk while I just stood there when they drew breath from gossiping and showing each other pics on their phones I told them I was their for an apt they took my name and told me to wait. After my eye test they were still gossiping. Their was a young man who was already busy but stopped to help me. He was very kind and great customer service. I won't go back there but the man was brilliant.
