All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Perhaps because it's a small shop it felt more personal.

Provided a clear understanding of my sons eyes and discussed each testing step with my son. Very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My daughter needed glasses, and the assistant made a special effort to talk with my daughter rather than with me. Zoe felt like she was being treated, rather than a hanger-on. The optometrist explained things clearly to myself and my daughter.

The assistant forgot about the free eye test and charged us for it and we had to go back to get a refund.

The Opticians itself - Boots Opticians Egham - is brilliant with helpful, friendly staff and transparent, efficient appointments. My Optician seemed very involved in my appointment, mentioning issues from the previous appointment and making me feel that I wasn't just a piece of paperwork! The website is very lacking - lets you enter your details then tells you to log - all your entered details vanish as logging in is difficult and just takes you to the home page. Popped into the opticians to book and had it done in no time.
