More than happy with our experience at Boots Opticians Windsor. The team are very friendly, professional, and helpful. 1st class service from booking our appointments to collecting our glasses. I had my eyes tested about 3 months ago and I found the staff extremely professional. Their hygiene standards were great. They took great care in making sure they social distanced, wore masks, and made sure the equipment they used to examine my eyes were cleaned before use. I even had to wait a short time until they were satisfied that the equipment was hygienic and safe for use. The staff were great!

Popped in branch on the off chance could get an appointment as was having a problem with my sight. Seen within 10 minutes and very thorough testing taken.

Easy appointment

I felt very happy. The two women doing the 'medical' work were very pleasant and efficient. But the (pregnant) young woman who helped me choose my specs went beyond the call to help and give me all the information I needed. Totally satisfied - as long as the specs are as good as the service.

When I booked my appointment I discussed the style I was looking for...after my eye test Amit was ready to show me several pairs of glasses he had selected for me. Amit must be commended for his excellent customer service.

I requested an emergency appointment and was very grateful to be offered a cancellation later that afternoon. The service was excellent. I received a diagnosis, suggested treatment, and a follow up appointment was booked on the spot. Everybody was friendly, and I would recommend Boots Opticians Windsor. I would however like to know my optometrist's name.
