Boots Opticians Uxbridge - Chimes Centre

All was good until I chose the glasses. Help was useless and wrong type of glasses ordered. Collection was very poorly done with pretty useless fitting which led me to going back twice for adjustments. They did to train there staff up to a much better level.

Optometrist was fine but dispensing service is a total shambles! You have to wait for hours and even though there appear to be many staff, it all seems chaotic and VERY slow.

Hadn't had an eye test in 5 years. I found the consultation to be extremely thorough and all staff members I came in contact with were professional, welcoming and helpful. Manpreet in particular was so helpful in helping me choose my new glasses and explained all the processes to me in great detail and gave me clear and easy to understand advice. Great team - keep up the good work!

It took a long time , but this was because there was a lot to do. Maybe younger and or less myopic clients could be dealt with more quickly

Every single time I have had an appointment with Uxbridge boots opticians (in the intu shopping centre) I have had to wait a completely unreasonable amount of time! They never tell me there will be a wait and just have me sitting around waiting endlessly. I have had to rearrange my appointments 3 times as they were running behind. There is always some excuse as to why, even when I have an early morning appointment they are ALWAYS behind!! The service was so shocking in the end I have gone to another competitor. you have lost my business forever and I will never recommend you to anyone else!!

Very friendly staff, optometrist was very knowledgeable and professional and provided great help

Yes was all good and I am extremely pleased with my glasses. The only downfall was the price. I chose a frame that included varifocals but was then told I needed extra done on the lens. So proved to be expensive even after discounts. But found the whole experience really good.

I was disappointed I booked a free eye test online to get to my appointment have the tests done to be told unless I physically had my voucher which was not stated on the letter I received that my eye test would not be free it would be £25 which being a boots customer and thinking I was getting a free eye test was a disappointed and then I couldn't even claim the store rewards points
