Boots Opticians Uxbridge - Market Square

After unsatisfactory treatment at another opticians, I was recommended to go to Boots, Uxbridge. I was impressed the moment I walked into Boots Opticians. The receptionist was very helpful and the Optometrist, Moazzam, was excellent and meticulous in his treatment. He passed on detailed information of my eyes, that I had not been told before, which I found very helpful. I appreciated also the Dispenser, Marsha, who was extremely thorough and the Practice Manager, Jigna, who was also very helpful. Thank you Boots for being so Professional.

The optometrist Misaag was very thorough and he left me completely assured about any changes to my prescriptions. Excellent service.

The appointment was good and very informative, however when I was choosing the style of glasses I wanted I felt like I was not a factor and did not have much control over what I was paying for. But in the end I got a pair I liked.

Very good about informing me of all the processes and what they reveal. Also results fully explained in detail. Good to know at each eye test the progression of my cataracts, which luckily are still at stage 1. Nothing adverse to report.
