I couldn't say anything was needed has we had great care

The ophthalmologist was clearly very knowledgeable. I have suffered from headaches for years but he completed checks and gave advice that I've never had before. I also liked that staff in store wernt pushy with sales. Check by mr chadda

I thought the eye test was very thorough and a full eye test is given as well as a photo's of the eye and it's health

Friendly amd explained health of my eyes

Mr NK Chadda lovely man made my 5 year old daugther at ease, very friendly and explained everything clearly , hoping her follow ups are with him

The whole experience was faultless. I have no complaint to make. The only slight difficulty was that I could not arrange an appointment online as that was my preference. It looked like the function did not work at all so I had no choice but to call in for an appointment.

I was greeted as soon as i arrived at the store. Very professional and friendly assistants at the Sheldon branch. I was seen immediately for my eye test appointment. The assistant who helped me choose my glasses was helpful and i felt very happy with my experience at boots Opticians and the cost was fair also!
