Why do Boots Yardley never answer the phone. Cant book an eye test!

Today we went into the Yardley branch, we wanted to use the Facilities, but due to circumstances they are unable to provide this service, we are quite upset as we have been coming for years before it became Boots, there have always been toilets available but now because of the damage caused to the building it is unsafe for customers to be using this area. This has meant we needed to go to another establishment before completing our eye test. this would not normally be an issue for most but as we are older it took us a while to traverse to the other store. Myself and my partner believe that this is not only an issue for ourselves but for other members of the public who come to the store for example children who cannot wait or control themselves. This is a pity as the service itself is incredible and the staff are very supportive, the loss of a facility destroys the experience of being able to go to Boots and feeling like you have to leave early as you need to relieve yourself. I don’t think there’s anything to be improved!! The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is great!! I’ve been with boots opticians since 2008 and I’ve never had a bad experience, they are always considerate towards my needs!! I have recommended this branch to many of my family members and now they are with this branch!!

Sabrina was very friendly and the session went eith ease. She was very calm, good communication, clear in direction and suggestion. I shall lookforward to see her agin if i have to re do a test in some time. Shekar who did the admin was also very friendly
