Boots Opticians Birmingham - Erdington Fort

Thanks to Boots Opticians I was referred to Hospital for cataract eye surgery which has significantly improved my sight.

Raj was my optometrist she was very good and very helpful I would recommend her to friends and family

whilst away in Norwich - my so called RayBan glasses broke - so I visited Boots in Norwich to see if they could be repaired - Young lady by name of Alison was so helpful in trying to sort out my major problem - I can not thank her enough for her good professional + sound service towards me + you should be proud to have someone as caring as she is. Having got back to Birmingham + arranged an appointment as Glasses are so important to me - ladies again were very helpful and am now awaiting a new pair to be completed. thanks again

All the staff really friendly and very helpful they helped me to choose my glasses I’m very pleased with their service

I have always had excellent service from the team as a whole but in particular David the optometrist.
