Have been waiting and waiting for my glasses to arrive, am really not happy with the service here, ive struggled all month without and suffered headaches.

None that I am aware of

On line booking system is rubbish In the end I went into the branch and booked over the counter with relative ease

Thorough eye test. Friendly staff. To improve would be less of a wait to collect new glasses

My eye test was very thorough I have no complaints with my test. I didn't however buy new glasses from you as the choice is not good enough by far. I felt all the glasses were a slight variation of each other. You are by far, more expensive for complete glasses than any where else on Shirley high street.

A very friendly and professional service.

I would like to thank all of the staff members at this particular store for making my journey so relaxed, they are all so helpful. I came for my eye test a few weeks ago but felt it was important that I shared my thoughts I was seen by a young lady who explained everything in detail to me and also was able to answer any questions which I had. it was nice to feel welcome and appreciated in comparison to some other opticians who I have seen In the past. I do not remember the name of the colleague who helped me chose my glasses I think it was Zyhan. She is very patient and kind. definitely recommend this opticians!

Great service and very professional. Each step was explained in detail and the optometrist was very helpful.
