First thing get rid of all the wooden chairs extremely uncomfortable. Too many stools with legs in first room became a accident risk. Don't think there should be more than 1 person on a test room at a time as it makes it I'm personable. Finally before issuing eye test cert give a full explanation to the offers available before letting customer how shop around for example we were not told about a 25% discount with a boots card. Have ordered glasses but could have saved time with better customer focus

The staff are very pleasant yet efficient and professional. Jessica and Kerry are both extremely helpful and an asset to Boots.

This was the most thorough check I have ever had. It was a relaxed and efficient procedure with the same optician dealing with everything from the introduction to organising new glasses.

The Optometrist that I saw was fantastic. He put me completely at ease and listened and acted upon my concerns. I feel happy to continue using my local Boots Optical Centre. I would recommend to others.
