I received a voicemail asking me to arrive 30 minutes early to put some new contact lenses in. I only had them in for 10 minutes before I was called in and asked to take them out. Couldn't make a judgement on just wearing them for 10 minutes so was given some to take away.

I cannot fault the care I received in any way.

This was my first visit to the optometrist in the UK as I had just relocated here from Canada and I had visited boots store and had got a paper for a free eye exam so I decided I would check it out, All the staff made me feel welcomed and relaxed, they were very informative and helpful and I would recommend Boots in Beverley to any one!
