Boots Opticians Redcar

The Boots Optician store in Redcar town is really great. Their staff are brilliant and so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and I can highly recommend them!

I seen the optician above my cataracts and was quickly referred to a constant Within a few weeks, I have already had my right eye done and waiting for second One on 15/11/07 very smooth and hassle free prosedure. Would recommend boots opticians Redcar every time.

The Branch has recently undergone a revamp, what was noticeable is the area now designated for eye pressure testing and retinal activities is not large enough for the equipment it contains, having just completed the shop revamp it is disappointing for this to happen. The staff as always, make do with the situation left for them.

Every member of staff were extremely helpful and put at ease immediately. The only thing I found a little bit annoying was that the branch had just been refurbished and when I was discussing with the assistant what type of glasses I wanted and also all the additional bits I required I found it very difficult to hear the assistant due to other people talking in the background. When sat having my eyes photographed, puffs of air blown into them and the peripheral vision check I found that room very cramped for both myself and the assistant plus due to the echoing in the main area when people were talking their discussion could be heard. Other than that excellent service and no waiting which is something I really appreciate.

Staff very professional , helpful and attentive. Optometrist Vasha was a very competent and friendly person. I had a very good eye test in which she explained everything in detail.
