Very delivery friendly staff

Excellent service from the moment I entered the branch. The lady who did the initial assessment was warm and friendly and made a huge effort to involve my 4 years old in the process so she didn't get bored. Everything was explained before each stage and I was introduced to the optician before the examination. Once the screening had been done I was introduced to another team member to help chose some lenses. He made it clear there was no pressure to purchase today and put me at ease. I would never go back to my previous opticians now. Boots is the one for me!
