After months of trying to get the right glasses for mum you have succeeded where other opticians have failed. The optometrist and all the staff were fantastic and treated mum with patience and kindness. Thank you all so much.

I have been a customer at Boots Opticians, Sandbach for years and I am very happy with the service provided. All the staff are friendly and professional. The eye test is explained in a manner that is easy to understand and there is plenty of opportunity for questions. There is no pressure to buy expensive frames or lenses.

At Boots, I finally got glasses that fit my face and that I was happy with, after previously buying glasses elsewhere that were expensive and didn't suit me. I took advantage of the 2nd pair half-price offer to get my first pair of prescription sunglasses. I got great advice on varifocal lenses and polarising lenses. I will get contacts for social use, which is great as I'm not a regular glasses wearer and never remember my glasses when I go out. The lady in the shop (Pauline) was extremely patient with me. I also took advantage of a Boots card token which gave me my eye test free and £20 worth of Boots points for spending over £90 on glasses. My experience at Sandbach Boots opticians was that they were efficient and friendly and I'm very pleased with my glasses and sunglasses.

I know the optometrist's name as i am a regular customer and work in an adjacent office to the Boots store Contact lenses were not discussed as I have previously advised I am not willing to consider using them.
