Boots Opticians Crewe - Queensway

The service was fast, the staff were friendly they were happy to explain everything and put me at ease throughout the whole test.

The staff at the Crewe shop are always extremely friendly & helpful however I have consistently had to wait for my appointment with the optician as they have been over running, this time more that half an hour. This is unacceptable when you consider that there is limited time available on car parking tickets and I overheard other customers concerned about missing their buses. When I did get into my appointment with the optician I felt that the consultation was being rushed due to the time overrun. In addition for the second time during my contact lens check I was told that my sight appointment was due and therefore I needed to make a further appointment, on which I again expect to have to wait an unacceptable time in the waiting room. Surely these appointments could have been combined? Its a shame that the good service provided by the front of house staff is marred by these inconsistencies.

My opticians was in Congleton Cheshire not listed in your options the optician presumed I would be happy to buy the most expensive lenses and proceeded to advise the assistant to sell them to me without asking as a result I opted for standard lenses and will not use them again

Always a pleasure to visit as the staff are so lovely and friendly.

My appointment was 40 minutes late and I felt like I was rushed. That is all test were done however would have liked a more personal approach and certainly more eye contact when discussing options

The staff are always friendly and helpful in the Boots opticians in Crewe. That is why I have always remained a customer. I have the benefit of utilising and gaining on my Boots card. The service is always professional.
