Sarah Crowe is an excellent optician. Thorough and precise with a friendly but business like manner. Not a moment of our appointment was wasted, highly recommended.

I was very pleased with my appointment and luckily I did not need to have new glasses. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the optometrist was particularly so. The eye examination was thorough and detailed and she explained to me clearly the health of my eyes.

This branch is one of the best I have been in, the service is always fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend to people I know with the service I receive here I wouldn’t go elsewhere in Nantwich.

The Optometrist Sarah was highly professional and efficient during the eye test. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at any point even though I knew she had other patients in. There was not a vast range of frames, however I had seen a pair I liked in a different store, and she was happy to have it ordered straight to her store with my prescription with no fuss. Overall a great service

The call to arrange the appointment took 35 minutes then the shop (nantwich) stank of fish it was awful. The optician was rude and unhelpful and the lady shows no me frames gave no advise and clearly hair wanted me to buy the most expensive frame

Extremely thorough examination and everything was explained about my eyes. The lady followed up her anylisis by contacting the hospital for further information. I will use Boots Opticians all the time from now on and certainly recommend them to anyone.
