Boots Opticians Ruislip

Waited a Month to get an appointment for a free eye test, being over 60 now, but had to walk down to Ruislip as traffic was so bad. Was 10 minutes late and they REFUSED to see me, although I had waited a month for an appointment. What kind of rubbish company is this? The traffic from HS2 fallout and Saturday road blockages is horrendous, but they do not care about that and you! Absolutely diabolical customer service! You are best to avoid the agro here and not visit the shop at all. Will definitely get my eye test and glasses elsewhere in Ruislip. How could I possibly trust my eyes to these people?????????

It is difficult to recommend any ways to improve the service as I was conpletely satisfied by the service given by the professional and friendly staff. I will come again, hopefully not too quickly.

I've been using this opticians for more than 15 years. They are always friendly & efficient & mr Sawjani is always welcoming, reassuring & professional. He explains everything he is doing, recommends alternatives & listens to you. I have no hesitation in recommending him at all.
