Not to be so rigid in the times etc, sometimes 10mins wait is ok as most appts run late but to refuse to check a child due for being 10mins late due to local roadworks is very disappointing and a waste of time. As now you have lost a family of 5 who attended your opticians. So well done for going that extra mile to lose a long customer & family for a sake of 10 mins!

Was unable to book for my 16 year old daughter at Harrow St Annes. Had to make appointment at Greenford. Greenford Westway was understaffed on my Sat. a.m. Appointment. Staff are only interested in SELLING

Grace was perfect, friendly and nice Optometrist. But we didn't have a review about my eyes health, but maybe I supposed to ask about that. I'm coming back so I'll ask about my eyes health. Kate was perfect as well, she shown me how to use contact lenses, which was quit difficult, but I'm coming back to try again.
