Boots Opticians Hammersmith - King Street

My first visit to this store was such a pleasant experience that I felt compelled to write a review. Upon arrival at the store I was greeted warmly and seen within minutes of my appointment. The optometrist was extremely thorough and did a great job. Placing an order for contacts lenses was so quick and easy as well as great value for money that I will no longer be ordering contact lenses online! The staff at this store are attentive and professional and make you feel like they care about you - I will definitely visit again.

This is easily the best opticians I have ever been to in 40 years of needing glasses . I am very long sighted and so are my children . Jamal and his team are efficient , friendly and sensitive to our needs . They give total assurance that the eye care me and my family are getting is right . We travel Over an hour across London to see them because it is so worth it !

I have been attending this branch for a long time and have had good care. However my visit yesterday was excellent - I was seen by Priya for my eye tests and contact lens review, and then by Arthur who sorted out all the practicalities. Excellent service at Hammersmith Store. Optometrist recommendations were very clear. The optometrist was very patient and explicit when explaining my sight issues. I told them I needed my glasses as soon as possible as I was leaving the country within a week and I was pleasantly surprised when they had it done in 24h :)

I got an appointment at short notice and was very happy with the three people I dealt with. What I liked particularly is that no one tried to sell me anything. I hate being pressurised into buying a particular lense or frame and I walked away happy knowing that I bought what I wanted, could afford and what was right for me. The three people I dealt with were Jemal (hope I got the spelling right), Mr Patel and Sylvia. Thank you very much for being so helpful.
