I want to say how very kind and helpful Dave MacKinnon was. His service was nothing less than exceptional. I have also had extremely positive and personal service from Ben and Sarah in the past. I would say that this wonderful team of professionals are without doubt the most dedicated and personable people I have ever come across.

The staff at boots opticians were absolutely amazing. They were helpful, friendly and interested. I felt they were genuinely concerned about my welfare and wanted to give me the best match for my requirements which they did. After much discussion I opted for varifocals which I was nervous about but they turned out to be the best decision I've ever made as far as my vision is concerned. Ben in particular was incredibly helpful, I dithered a bit about making my decision.. at no point did he rush me or push me into anything I didn't want to do. He carefully explained all the options and was so personable that whole experience was very pleasant. I would say that the staff are an absolute asset to your company but like I mentioned before, Ben's customer care was outstanding. I would recommend this branch 100%.
