Boots Opticians Hove

Very professional Optometrist. I was very pleased as I was examined by her last year and I like the continuity of the same person (M. Massand)) All in all a pleasurable experienced so commendations including Kiai Jade on reception. Have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and helpful shop in Hove. WELL DONE!

My eye health was discussed and recommendations given. The optometrist was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and completely put my mind at rest about an eye problem I had. Thea, Meghna and Emma were great, also. Nothing was too much trouble and on a previous visit, a young woman whose name was Annabelle (?) was very helpful too. The online booking system is easy to use, but on 2 occasions now I have received a call from the shop to cancel my appointment due to errors with the system booking appointments that they cannot offer. The staff member over the phone was not helpful at all and extreme brash in her manner. So frustrating as now need to wait another 3 months before I can get an appointment. On the day of my appointment, the optometrist was extremely thorough and caring throughout. A member of staff however was not so helpful, ushering me out of the shop as quickly as they could. I was not able to choose or purchase any glasses. Customer care is clearly not their focus.

The staff at Hove are all very friendly. The optometrist was not. He was assessing my 12 ear old daughter and was cold and unfriendly, showing a complete lack of warmth and social skills. I've told the staff there I don't want my daughter to see him again.

Had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and went over and above to be helpful and informative. I've never been to such a lovely optician and can't recommend highly enough. The optometrist was so so lovely, and again informative and detailed. The team need a bonus boots are very lucky to have such a great team working for them.
