Boots Opticians Brighton - North Street

The appointment was quick but I never got to see the optometrist. I was told that I needed to answer some health questions but to do so I was taken into a tiny room with two other people having eye examinations, one within a foot of me. No privacy whatsoever. When I complained I was offered another small room in what appeared to be a furniture store. Totally unacceptable and did not give me confidence in the service - I left.

Dr uche Mgbajah O.D,MCOPTOM and her Team Luke, Debbie and Zara were all great both my husband and I had new glasses. We were well looked after in a very kind but proffessional way. We were very satisfied and would recommend the service,

Although a recent graduate, and under supervision, I found the optometrist to be very knowledgable, and helpful and explained all options thoroughly.

Very professional, friendly and put me at ease. She answered every question and I left understanding my eye health and how to take care of them. She explained at every stage of the examination. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Friendly and professional staff, very helpful and not pushing to sell anything that I didn't need. I felt well treated and found the overall experience to be positive and reassuring despite not having had an eye test in over seven years.

One of staff put heavy machine on my mums hand trapping it underneath. She has large gash as a result. Was very shocked & really hurt her. I had to stay with her as a result of her ordeal. Want compensation for this. It really shook Her she's 98yrs old. The rest was done at last minute too think staff member was getting some experience. Was told my eye test would be 40 mins late & decided to leave it. Really appalled at our treatment. Want compensation for this.talkedmy mum into having newglsssws same as she already had. Mrs Roberts
