Boots Opticians Liverpool - Hunts Cross

I have just been this morning for an eye check at Boots Hunts Cross Liverpool branch. I was dealt with by Holly who was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this branch . Holly is a great ambassador for Boots.

Appointments easy to make initially. Very disappointed that E bacon had left but wasn't informed of this although i asked if i could set her again. Saw different optician. The person asking the initial tests took ages to get machine to work and then gave up. Didn't have any confidence in that. Optician did test and chose glasses. Helpful assistants then in choosing. They said if there were problems to call back. I have persevered fur 2 weeks but think the prescription may need adjusting. I called in to ask if i could have prescriptione check. The manager made a slight adjustment of the fitting and said to come back next day to check prescription. I arrived in time and the man who saw me spent ages asking colleagues what to do and mage triage notes etc. I kept saying that i was told to come in to check prescription. After half an hour of messing around and telling me the prescriptiin was correct ly made( which i assumed was the case) i was told that an optician would see me come back a third time in a week! So i was told things would be sorted but then arrived and was told to come again in a week! This is not good service at all. I haven't felt confident in the ability of the staff at all.

Everyone at hunts cross is very professional and very informative about all products ready to give advice on the best product for you personally wouldn't go anywhere else

I had an initial appointment where two types of contacts were ordered for me to try. On the second appointment the optometrist didn't seem bothered to read the notes left on my file and was oblivious as to what had been arranged at the previous appointment. I tried the first pair of contacts which were really uncomfortable and had to point this out vehemently as It looked like I would have been fitted with these otherwise. My second visit was in stark contrast to my first visit. I didn't receive the same level of care and people didn't seem interested in reading notes from previous appointments.

Thoroughly professional staff, yet also Soooo Friendly !

I was very pleased from start to finish with staff that took my appointment on the day and all so my eye test on Wednesday I have been going to Liverpool huntscross now for a number of years and I am all ways treated very well. Regards Regards Mr B Fox

Very friendly and efficient staff from the off set of my visit. Explained everything that was going to happen and made me feel comfortable. Would return again in the future. Thanks.
