All the staff are really lovely. However I have found the quality of glasses very poor. I have had mine for Probably about 4 months. Have been in numerous times to get frames tightened, due to lenses slipping out , and glasses slipping off. Today the nose piece has come off , and so I have ended up going to local chemist for a £1.99 pair of readers.
