Boots Opticians Warrington - Golden Square

First class service for the repair of my spectacles,very friendly staff.

Last eye check was really rather traumatic for me. It was over a year ago now and I vowed I would never return. Optician did not appear to know what on earth he was doing & my appointment lasted far, far longer than it should have done or normally does. I came away with the skin broken on my nose as he refused to adjust the testing apparatus (he merely said that no-one else had complained when I told him it was digging into my skin rather too much). I thought about it quite a bit subsequently, and called in at a later date to learn the name of the optician, as I did not want to see him again at future appointments. However, the staff member did not appear interested when I explained why I wanted to know the name. My experience was not pleasant or even successful. My glasses were not satisfactory, but rather than complain again I decided to go elsewhere in future, which I did this year; the difference with my new practice is tremendous, 100% improvement upon my experience last year at Boots.

Just brilliant!!! With absolutely horrendous eyesight, I feel confident that my eyesight is in the best hands possible. As nothing is rushed at my appointments, everything is explained properly. I feel BOOTS listen to all my concerns and questions. Which then enables me to make informed decisions regarding my eyesight. I wouldn't trust anyone else with what I have left of my precious eyesight. Wearing glasses and/or contact lenses ALL my life, I have tried the rest and believe you Me - BOOTS are simply the best!!! Thank you all so very much :)

Received a reminder text with appointment time. Arrived at this time to be told there wasn't enough time for my appointment and I had to rearrange and come back again.

I have been going to Boot's for 11 years, I have on a couple of occasions attended another opticians. I have recently moved house and I attended another opticians in the high street I wasn't happy at all on my experience there, so I found Boot's options and an appointment was made for me within a few days and I am now all sorted. Thank you Boot's they are the best by far and I will never go anywhere else. The option I saw was really informative and made me feel so at ease.

John Blaney was excellent. Really put my daughter at ease, told us information we had not received on previous visits with different opticians.
