Nothing I thought the staff were really professional in all areas

Lovely friendly staff who do not rush you into making rash decisions about frames etc

I felt that the staff are all hardworking and optometrist very friendly. However there was an element of judgemental and bad attitude with some of the women who worked on the machine. I firstly had a fall and wasn't looking my best and her body language demonstrated she was uncomfortable. She didn't go out of her way to resolve any issues and once in to see the optometrist she spoke over top of me and used language like her and she. I found this very demoralising and she spoke over me many times. The other lady who arranged an additional appointment was equally as rude. It clearly states Mrs on my subscription and because I had a child and my mother was there assumed I was a single parent. I have found that this type of judgment is pretty normalised for boots in Rochdale. I would not recommend the service and the front of house staff need a reality check.

Very straightforward with explanations all the way through.

I thought I was going to my store just to order my contact lenses after a successful trail .Instead I was treated to a thorough eye examination which tested all aspects of lense suitability and my eye health. A minor eye infection was detected and treatment recommended by Thanya. we agreed to proceed with the lense plan which was explained and then I was introduced to Laura for an excellent consultation and sign up on the plan.I came away very happy with my visit.

The Optometrist (Wahid) was very thorough and took his time to ensure that there were no problems and made me feel at ease. Amanda also assisted me with choosing my new glasses and nothing was too much trouble.

Extremely friendly and helpful service from Lynne and Ruth. Highly recommend.
