Extremely friendly

I have complex eye problems and I like the fact that I can see the same optometrist when I visit the Oldham Branch. Andy is always very considerate and understanding of my needs and makes me feel at ease.

Boots Oldham was very accommodating this year, in which I had operations for cataracts on both eyes and ended up needing three eye tests! At the final fitting of my varifocals, the optometrist could not have been more friendly, patient or helpful. He gave very clear explanations. Thanks for great service.

From the second I walked in the staff was so warm and welcoming and very professional, I was greeted by a lady called Alison she could not do enough for me extremely helpful , friendly and very knowledgeable about he products , my optician was called petter a very polite and helpful man , and on my return for my fitting a lady called Teresa was so lovely , helpful and professional thank you all x

I visited boots optician's for my eye test and was greeted by Teresa..she was warm and friendly and put me at ease during my examination. .A lovely lady..I would recommend boots opticians. .

no problems and great care

Staff pleasent and efficient. First time I have used this optician and it turned out I needed glasses for reading. I chose a frame and placed an order, it wasn't until right at the end I was told my glasses would take 10 days to arrive! Not happy with that. I could of gone to other opticians and got my glasses within a day or two, or even within an hour for the same price or less...... maybe something to look in to?
