The appointment was very easy to arrange and I found the appointment reminder messages helpful. Julie was very friendly and talked me through the appointment process which put me at ease. She also helped me select a lovely pair of glasses that are right for me.

excellent eye test and examination by optometrist Rahath who answered all questions clearly and explained options in a friendly and professional manner. Helping me to choose frames and later fitting them was Julie - a mine of information and helpful advice.

Colin, the Optometrist, was really good, the best I've had for a long time......very thorough and took time to explain the reasons for the recommendations he gave me. Julie, the dispenser, is excellent in helping you choose frames, giving an honest opinion on choice and then meticulously checks and rechecks the measurements etc she takes, running through the order again with you.....First class service!
