Boots Opticians Bury - Union Arcade

I have used this branch of Boots opticians for many years, I keep going back so they are doing something right. They are always helpful and efficient and take time to explain the results of the examination. I always value the advice of the customer assistants when choosing new spectacles.

The appointment was 25 mins late, no apology given. When i went to ask the receptionist how long it would be she said to me ‘yes i know it is late’, with no apology for this. From working in healthcare myself i think this is out of order.

no improvements required. have Boots considered payment plans to make funding new glasses easier for customers?

I felt that my eyetest was very thorough.The optometrist explained everything very carefully.When choosing new frames Cath was very helpful and very experienced.She helped me make a good choice of frames.I am very pleased with my glasses.

The team were great the optometrist was a lovely lady. I would highly recommend!
