Boots Opticians Middleton

I could not have been better treated by Heather and Steve. When I told him that I was having trouble reading for a long period of time with these vary focal glasses, but when I switched back to my old reading glasses I was all right. He suggested I still stick to the vary focal glasses, rather than buy 2 pairs of glasses 1 for seeing with and 1 for reading with. So I took his advice, Heather then helped me choose the right type of tint for the glasses which would suit me. If anything is to go by the way I was treated last time I should get my glasses sooner then the date I was told. I have always had 1st class treatment from this branch of boots opticians. I can recommend them to any one.

Lovely experience with helpful staff, small mix up on behalf of Pldham branch as they told Middleton I am not a rewards scheme customer which I am and have been for best part of 10 years.

Always receive great care from the staff at Boots in Middleton. Can always accommodate my appointment requests and are very friendly and helpful.

Great service as always. Work pay for me to go to specsavers but i will not go as in the past they have made false claims about my sight. I wouldn't tough them with a barge poll. I would sooner pay boots and know i was getting a good service.

Very friendly but professional service from all staff from making the initial eye test appointment to receiving the new glasses.

Abid tested my sight & explained glaucoma to me. Sheila carried out the field & pressure test. Both were friendly, efficient & helpful. I was impressed with the service and was grateful that Sheila helped me choose my new glasses and was honest about which styles suited me. I have had my eye test at Boots for many years and the service is excellent so I will return.

Abid (optician) was great. He indentified problems I was having with my eyes. He was both very informative and friendly and I will be using and recommending the practice to others in future.

Care was very good & help when choosing glasses was good. Improvement needed - on a number of occasions, there was no one on the desk, quite a wait before someone came. When it was mentioned, the reply was " we've been attending to someone else". One member of staff was a little abrupt when she said this. No apologies.
