Boots Opticians Leeds - Albion Arcade (in Boots)(Trinity)

I have been going to Boots Opticians in Bond Street/Trinity for years. The staff are excellent and always most helpful. My Optometrist Aqeel couldn’t have been more pleasant & professional. A very important factor is that he and all the staff have a great sense of humour. I have booked the Manager for a short season at Blackpool ! His droll sense of humour will bring the place down. Two other excellent members of staff both have the same name Iqra. I highly recommend this branch to all, and I know you will be delighted.

I recently visited Boots Opticians in Trinity, Leeds and never leave reviews but just thought the staff were so lovely and accommodating to me I couldn’t not let others know! I rarely like most high street frames as prefer a more unusual style so traveled from York to this specific store as had been told they had a bigger selection and from entering the store the lovely manager Sally greeted me, explained that the styles were no longer gendered which I thought was EPIC! And even took the time to show me affordable and exciting styles. She didn’t just try to sell me cool but expensive stuff and really understood my needs. I was told they would take around 10 days but rang a few days later as I was heading to Leeds anyway and when they rang me back (super quickly!) they told me that they were already there waiting for me! Can’t recommend enough and will deffo be back for more half price frames!!

The Optometrists name was also mentioned at the time of booking the appointment and during the assessment. I would also like to mention Annabelle who provided a first class service when helping me choose new glasses. I don’t have the easiest prescription which can often make it difficult to choose new frames, but her patience, advice and general personality were outstanding. Although all staff are fab, I will always seek out Annabelle

Excellent advice, the optometrist referred me to eye casualty, where my eye was treated.

Very thorough, efficient and caring. Very patient too. Willing to answer any questions. Very impressed with the service I received. Could not have asked for more.

My appointment was interrupted 4 times by an Assistant who was dealing with a previous patient of the Optometrist. After the 4th interruption dye had to be re-applied to my eyes because by the time she came back the 1st application had flushed out. All in all I was not happy because I think if it is my appointment it should not be intruded on by another patient.
