Superb team at the Albion Street branch always helpful and professional highly recommended

I was at Boots Optician today. I would like to comment on the people, place, and the professionalism there. The staff are very informative, polite and friendly. As a matter of fact they are all nice and lovely, an d as a result, I have chosen to go there since 2014. As I mentioned the whole team are very good, nice and friendly. I can only name those, whom I remember their names at my today's appointment. I would like to thank the whole team especially: Sam, Nav, Ian and Michelle. Thank you for your time.

I've been seeing Tracey for a long time and she's great. Very friendly and professional and I feel I'm in safe hands.

Polite and friendly staff, but appointment started 10 minutes late and lasted nearly 50 minutes when I'd been led to believe it would be 30.

I always see Tracey Morris (now Tracey Taylor I believe) and always find her extremely polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. She is always very good and very helpful with any questions I may have. Always a pleasure to be served by her.

The optometrist was friendly and carried me along with the details of my eye health.

I don't really think anything else could be improved

Very good BUT I booked my appointment online for contact lenses. I had recently had an eye test and so didn't need this option when discussing contact lenses. The website didn't allow an alternative to choose 'contact lens with eye test' or just 'contact lens' appointment. This meant that when I turned up for my appointment, 1 hour had been reserved for the test and then a further appointment to discuss my contact lens options. Luckily they could see me at my appointed time to discuss contact lens only.

Service that was thorough, friendly and excellent. The staff explained all options very clearly and double checked every measurement. I was very pleased with their service.
