The optician was great with my daughter and spotted something wasn’t right with one of her eyes. We were promptly referred to an eye clinic for further investigation. Brilliant job, without her noticing we wouldn’t have known anything was wrong. Huge thanks

All the staff that I came into contact with were welcoming, polite and provided very good customer service, keeping me informed all through the process (eye test, recommendations and glasses fitting). The Optometrist, (Fatemeh Saki) is a total professional in doing her job with a good patient-friendly manner. Both my wife and I and her parents have used Boots Birstall foe eye tests etc. and we are all most satisfied with the service provided by this team.

When I phoned to make the appointment I was told a contact lens check was £25 and further that there were some vouchers off on the internet - on attending the appointment I was told this was wrong and that the contact lens check was £35 and the voucher I had printed was not valid against this - very disappointing and as a result I did not go ahead with the contact lens check

My visit was carried out very professionally Fatima the optometrist was very informative and kept me informed throughogut the test.I found her friendly and very caring as I suffer with wet AMD she was very sensitive to my condition and she gave me reassurance. I was then followed up by Lauren who was equally professional and informative.

Brilliant service, both people I dealt with could not have been more helpful and professional.

Trainee Hasan was extremely helpful, both Hasan and the optometrist put us all at ease and would not hesitate in returning for my next checkup

I ‘enjoyed’ my appointment. I did feel slightly overloaded with information and we discussed this at the end. Ive had glasses since the age of 3 (41 now) so I’m used to eye appointments although I’ve never quite experienced one like Friday - in a positive way!

Fatemeh Saki, the Optometrist, was brilliant in sorting my daughter yesterday. She is very thorough, caring and professional. We were not rushed and she did everything thing for us which should have actually taken a couple of visits in one appointment. Thank you very much Fatemeh.

When having the first checks or health check s the door was open To the waiting area,you could hear people talking caughting etc. It didn't feel very private and professional, and people could look into the room when having checks .
