Boots Opticians Coventry - Daventry Road

having recently updated my eye test, for convenience i opted for boots being local to me the optometrist was indeed very professional. however it was by my choice that i requested to retain my existing frames being less than 6months old and vert light and comfortable and was agreed that this would be acceptable, i was advised it would take approximately 2 weeks from test to collection (1st dec to 15dec)however after 3weeks i thought a courtesy call was appropriate so on contacting the store was advised they would call me back with the reason for the delay this was duly done and i was advised the delay was due to the suppliers of the lens and unfortunately would not be be ready until the 28th dec .i explained this was unacceptable with a reply that i could contact the suppliers direct, as i explained this was not my responsibility and politely suggested that they do the contacting and keep me informed ,unfortunatley no information was forthcoming until a further call to the store was made ,appolages were made and advised i should have be called but was overlooked ,in conclusion my glasses would be available by the 21/12/2022 and i have no complaint about the end result but i would strongly advise that customer service relations could do with some improvement

I am very happy with the service offered by Komal. I feel confident asking any questions about my eyes and they are always answered fully. I am always put at my ease and receive professional treatment. I value having such good input and am always delighted to see that Komal is going to treat me. The good service is replicated in the shop where the personnel are friendly and helpful.

I don't normally do reviews but I must say that yet again after my latest appointment I am nothing less than extremely satisfied with the standard of service I have just received. Komal was extremely helpful, just as she has been for my last three visits. She explained exactly what the issues with my eyesight currently are, and what I need do should I notice any changes. I can do nothing but praise all the staff at this particularly branch. Helpful from the time you first enter the branch, to the time you leave with your new specs. Sincere thanks for a job well done....

I was served by Adele Radhika who was very friendly. She constantly made sure I was okay and gave me some time and space to choose my glasses. The whole store was covid safe and well organised

Komal Jogia (optician) is lovely, friendly and explains everything without rushing you. The staff are also very helpful in helping you chose your glasses. They are friendly and give advice if needed. We have used this optician now for over 26 years. Covid safe with precautions, everything is cleaned.
