Boots Opticians Coventry - Central Six Retail Park

The young lady I saw two-day was aspluteley fantastic I can not prayes her enough she saw something and sent me two walsgrave because something was wrong and right she was I had atear at the back of my eye and I had two have laser treatment on it the young lady at central six Coventry was fantastic yours Mr Kevin warburton

Booked an apointment for my elderly mother over the phone with Boots and confirmed that I wanted an apointment at the central six retail park branch as that is the easiest for parking and using her whellchair out of all of the local branches. Plus it is the one she has used several times before. On arrival I was told that the appointment had beem made at the city centre branch and not the one I had requested. I was told there was nothing they could do and I was spoken to as though the staff thought I had made the error in booking. It requires a great deal of effort to get my housebound mother ready to venture out for such an appoinment, to wheel her into a shop just to be told sorry we cannot help you. I have now found a much more helpful optician.

The optometrist was lovely . Her name was Tia. She was very professional and extremely through. More than anyone ever before. I came away greatly reassured. the lady who helped me pick my new glasses was great also. She was refreshingly honest and helped me pick the glasses right for my face. Many thanks to all.

All the staff were great. I took myself and my 2 children for eye tests and the service was excellent and staff very friendly.

Sympathic understanding of my problwm. Service could not be improved as it is alreafy excellent.

Optician was brilliant, very patient. It was a follow up for a contact lens trial.
