Boots Opticians Coventry - Lower Precinct

Very pleased with the service I received. I think the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The Optometrist clearly explained all of the procedures and showed me pictures of my eye to confirm that my eyes are healthy. I was given great advice about ordering a second pair of prescription sunglasses which saved me money.

Mrs Patel is amazing. My husband and I have been seeing her for eye care for around 20 years, first at D&A and now Boots. This appointment was for our son. Mrs Patel is very clear, patient and diligent and always explains things very clearly to us.

Nothing . They are all fantastic

If the customer has the personal email , the bookings should be booked in their calendar. When I booked, they noted my mobile number but, the cancellation of my booking by Boots has not informed. I booked again with my mobile number, but at consultation day they told me they don't have my mobile number and updated again.

They were very helpful and clear in everything they said and it. They were very professional in every way. I came away feeling more than satisfied with the service. I would recommend Boots Opticians to anyone.

Fast, efficient and friendly

Was very disappointed that having chosen frames with a total cost of £125 I was informed by the assistant she would need to work out the cost for me by the opticians recommendations. My £125 choice was apparently going to cost me £500. I explained that as I am disabled and on benefits I could only afford the amount I had chosen going by your pricing labels. she very off handedly told me she could cost bottom of the range lenses which wouldnt be good enough for me At £250. I again repeated this was out of my price range but was told the optician recommended I have the more expensive ones. Well as the optician wasnt paying for them I repeated I could not afford this amount of money and was just stared at blankly by her. I asked for a copy of my prescription which was handed over with a sarcastic comment. The optician was lovely and very thorough and would definitely recommend her. However due to being made to feel like an nuisance and inferior for not having £500 to spend on glasses price marked at £125 I will not be returning or recommending boots. I suggest some customer service training is needed in your coventry city centre branch.
