Very good service. Staff always polite and helpful

Visited today for a reglaze of my own frames (which I still like and want to recycle and use). Small shop and friendly staff. Didn't feel rushed even though the shop was busy. My glasses were dispensed by Raj who was friendly and professional and advised on options. Pleased with service I received so a 5 star review.

I received reminders to my phone prior to my appointment and was told what to bring with me (mask and pen). When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the receptionist and then I was shown through to the optician, Shahid, who was very professional and courteous and took time to explain the whole procedure and how my eyes and vision were. I had visual fields tests performed by the receptionist (who obviously had training in this) and then repeated by Raj (another optician) who was very informative. Altogether a thorough examination which left me confident about the care received. Many thanks.

Imran Khan the Optometrist was fantastic and very professional in treating his patients. He is excellent in attending to the needs of his patients. Aleema the dispenser was very good with the patient.

Staff here are friendly, but the Optometrist is very rude, she has no customer service skills at all, made me feel very uncomfortable during my sight test and was not patient. Would not recommend going here, and will be changing Opticians.

Care was extremely detailed and informative. Every stage was explained. Very thorough eye test and examination.

Very informative appointment regarding my eye sight and care of them. Excellent optometrist whom examined my eyes and asked lots of questions about my health plus gave advise on how to take care of my eyes regarding the dryness, recommended eye drops which I bought from there, which have proved very useful and above all I felt that he gave a thorough consultation.
