Boots Opticians Hounslow - High Street (in Boots)

Preeti at Boots High Street Hounslow branch provided excellent customer service as did the rest of her team. She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and helped me select the right frames.

Pooja at store 3360, was great! After having a bad experience at another store, I called her in a panic, not understanding what my prescription meant. I was being sold products I did not need at the other branch and was overwhelmed especially as they were unable to answer my questions. As soon as I got into the branch Pooja had my file ready to sort out my issue. She answered all my questions, and actually had the answer to all my questions. I very much appreciate her advise and help. Thank You!

Great customer service by Pooja from Boots Opticians in Hounslow. She went the extra mile to fix my very badly damaged glasses. She is always friendly, not only today but everytime I visit the opticians. The only reason why I continue to use this company is because of her. Pooja's hard work must be recognised by her management team.

I costof the eye test was very costly this is why I was not happy as I can get cheaper eye test elsewhere like spec savers which is mostly free. I was receiving vouchers from boots why the post which said free I test but when I got in for the lightest they said the lightest is only free if I purchased a pair of glasses which I did in my last I test so I had to go ahead with my eye test and had to pay £25 which I was not happy at all with and this is the reason why I may not be attending boots optician again because of the cost. If it was around £10 then I would be fine with paying that amount but £25 was too high which totally put me off coming back to boots opticians.
