Boots Opticians Richmond - George Street

My lady optician (tall with brown hair, originally from Wigan - sorry, didn't catch name) was absolutely lovely and probably the nicest optician I've had in 35 years of visiting opticians around the UK. Not only good at her job but friendly and super helpful re my specs I have been having trouble with. She put me in touch with Parm who adjusted my specs several times until we got a good fit. He also had a lovely manner and offered to help me choose my next pair when I have more time. Highly recommend these amazing staff at Boots in Richmond!

All the staff were attentive, polite and with friendly smile. I 've been seen nearly immediately. The whole experience was one of pleasant feeling.

The front of house staff make no effort to acknowledge you whilst they talk to each other. I was not informed about the 90 pound charge to have new lenses put in my own frame when I asked if that option was possible - it's a rip off when you don't sell the frames people want nor are you prepare to order them

The staff were extremely helpful, and made sure that I understood the reasons behind the recommendations that they made. For some reason, many people were being seen to that day, which led to some delays, but I did not mind as the staff were clearly doing the best that they could.

I cannot fault my experience at Boots opticians in Richmond,the staff were friendly,informative,caring and made sure they I understood each stage of my eye check.

My optician was Gurpreet Chana at Richmond Boots Opticians. She was very friendly and understanding. She explained everything she was doing clearly and why it was being done. She went out of her way to alleviate my concerns and really made me feel at ease about them.

It was brilliant and all the staff are so well trained, make you feel comfortable, give you time, and very good advice. I certainly want be using any one else if the service remains at such a high standard .

My experience was quick and thorough. Everything was made very clear to me and the staff were very friendly.
