Very helpful team and familiar faces. Great location for my family

Receptionist asked when was last eyes text then I said it was one year ago.she said it’s too early to come for text.i said still I m want go for it.my lady wasn’t happy to take me for eyes text.she was making face impressions.it was too rude.i really don’t like it I will never go to boots eyes text.i was expected good & friendly staff that it wasn’t at all.

The optometrist seemed like she cared about the outcome and asked to follow up after the visit to a hospital that she recommended - that was nice and thoughtful.

Dont get me wrong for having mentioned that your Optometrist did not mention contact lenses as an option. Your Optometrist has been exceptional and has provided me simple and detailed explanation on my eye condition. I am also happy to know that my eye condition is Healthy. Overall a great job will be visiting soon.

Staff were friendly, patient and very helpful. Optometrist was very reassuring and thorough. Only improvement I can think of is staff could have introduced themselves by their name and role.

I was annoyed that when booking my sons appt online, It wasn't bought to my attention that he can't have his appt if he's seen someone in past 12 months already. I bought him with me and it was a waste of time for him. There should be a prompt online or else how am I supposed to know that rule. Other than that it went well for my appt

I was attended to, at the exact time of my appointment, extremely helpful staff, went through a series of tests, no rush whatsoever, optometrist very helpful, discussed my condition in a very professional way. Staff very patient, helped choose new spectacles, always in a pleasant and professional manner. Extremely pleased I chose Boot's. Will definitely keep going back for my check ups.

The Hayes shop was great. Difficult to park though. The original appt was at the Greenford retail park. The optometrist didn't turn up to work that morning. Totally screwed up my day. No store manager either to voice my concerns. Gopal Chadha.
