The worst customer service I have ever seen, never ever use Boots Twickenham !! I literally should have gone to Specsavers a few doors up... and I will be going there as soon as they give me my prescription for my lenses.

This branch of Boots Opticians is in new hands and I had a very good experience there today. Sukh, the optometrist, was delightful - courteous, professional, friendly and conscientious. All the staff listened when I said I was in a hurry and helped me replace my lost glasses with the minimum of fuss. Jaz is the franchise owner/manager there now and he seems very on the ball, friendly and efficient. All in all I think they are now operating at the standard you would expect from a major high street brand like Boots. I've yet to receive my replacement varifocals but I'm confident they will be great!

I did not purchase glasses from this location. The technician sxanned over the lower level of lenses and rhen went into great detail of the highest level.of lenses. She made is sound as if this was my only option becuse of my complicated precription. It was only when i started walking away that she wanted to look at other options. At rhat point i lost all interest. I do not appreciate a heavy handed sell technique.

Lots to improve whole process not explained, told needed glasses straight away not explained- never had issues with my eyes - I could read the bottom line all about the sale and getting glasses for no reason !

In the pre-test, it would have been useful to know that there was going to be a flash going off in my eye, in advance. I get migraines and flash lights can cause them.
