Boots Opticians Harrogate - Cambridge Street (in Boots)

Absolutely diabolical service. It’s actually difficult to describe just why....it just was so disjointed and cumbersome. Loads of staff yet no-one seems to join up with anyone else. The computer also said ‘no’ !

Fantastic experience for my two young children to take their first optician check. Very professional and extremely friendly, Anna and Alfredo carried out the tests, explaining the jargons in plain English for five year old child to understand. He had a great sense of humor and made the whole trip to Boots Opticians very relaxing and fun for the kids.

Everything was superb A first class service , thankyou Boots and a brilliant team . The optometrist was young , friendly and informative .

A great experience in Boots Harrogate Last week. The consultant was Very helpful, apologies she did tell me her name, I have since forgotten. She was middle aged glasses short dark hair. and knowledgable as was the optition Ruby. Although my experience was a great one I was very aware of the lack of staff that were around to help others. 2 members of staff, unfortunately I presume senior, walked out of a room together and left the optition area when it was quite clear there was a que of customers who needed help. Not ideal, although busy the consultant was patient and very thorough, not rushing me with my appointment which was fantastic.

It was good to have the same optometrist as last time.. No.problems. i felt confident in what she wss doing and suggesting.

The only issue is the small range of frames to choose from.

On arriving at my appointment from start to finish the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and very efficient. I had an eye test and also a contact lense consultation and both were superb. I would highly recommend Boots Harrogate to my friends.

The young lad who helped me choose my frames was fantastic. He was very professional and was great at helping me choose. It was only his third day working in the Harrogate branch and I was very impressed by his manner.
