I was seen by Aniqah and Ellie, the service was the best I have experienced at any opticians. They were professional, clearly explained all the options related to my contacts, friendly and made me feel very well looked after. I will absolutely be using this service again and shall be taking my children to this opticians when they are next due their eye test. Thank you so much for your service

Really good service and thorough eye test

My first visit to Boots Opticians was very pleasing after a very poor experience at Specsavers last year. The friendly and efficient manner which Joel, Emily and Aniqah guided me through my consultation would be hard to beat. I received more information about different quality lenses in one visit than I have been given in total over the last twenty years. Most helpful.

I received excellent service by my Optometrist, Aniqah today. She was very professional and I felt comfortable during the consultation. She explained things very clearly and was very friendly and helpful, answering my questions patiently and clearly. Very helpful staff

I have visited this branch several times over the last few weeks, and have been very impressed with the service every time. The girls have been short staffed by their own account, but have made every effort to counteract this. Ellie and Emily have been in on the sight check and collection of my glasses, and their assistance has been exemplary. I believe Emily is still in her training period, but both girls work very well together. Ellie was always happy to step in and offer any help to her junior colleague.
