Great service nice staff

I have always found all of the staff at Boots in Nuneaton to be very helpful and polite. I often go to appointments with my son who is aged 10 years and they always take time putting him at ease and making sure he knows what to do. I can not speak highly enough about the teams interpersonal skills, they are always friendly and professional.

The optometrist was excellent and explained everything very clearly. I read her name, Laura, on her badge. I cannot give any further feedback as her name is not listed. I do not have a copy of my prescription, just a till receipt for the part payment I was given.

Everything was fine.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful in explaining how my change of prescription would help with a problem I am having with night time driving.

The Optometrist was very helpful. I had a few concerns which I mentioned to her and she listened and made very helpful suggestions.

I was seen promptly. The staff were friendly, cheerful, professional and well organised. The equipment was all in good condition and seems to be regularly updated.

Very thorough examination , totally kept informed every step of procedure.Very friendly & showed great deal of care regarding comfort & understanding .

Optician is as good as usual. The options around d what contact lenses I could have was very clear and she supported me to make the right decision.

Hi, I would definitely recommend Boots Opticians Nuneaton - The staff were extremely helpful and patient. There is such a great selection of frames to choose from, which proved quite a timely process for me! However, the advice and recommendations I received were very succinct. I was made to feel most welcome and not at all rushed into making a decision. (Obviously, frames will be seen on my face for potentially the next 2 years - so a big decision)! Many Thanks
