Excellent service thank you. I couldn't book on your web link and that was frustrating

I was very pleased with all the staff but the quality of the glasses was poor. Within 3 weeks I have had a lens fall out of my reading glasses ( same thing happened on my previous pair ) and following a visit when they fell apart a second time the lens cracked. I was going on holiday within 10 days and they were unable to repair the glasses before I flew off. Very disappointed Brian King

Always friendly and helpful though often seem short staffed on the shop front, but overall a great service.

I have always liked this opticians, the staff are great and friendly but it is very difficult to get an appointment. This was the 4th attempt at having my contact lens check as the previous 3 had been cancelled. Two if which were before the downstairs room was out of action. It would seem there is a lot of strain with only one room and if it continues to be an issue I will consider moving my contact lens contract elsewhere.l

Really thorough examination and great help with picking new frames - I left confident that I was going to get glasses that suited me and would fit/ match my needs perfectly!

Always have time and patience to assist, good listening skills , nothing obvious that requires improvement. Overall a very good experience.

Very quick and easy to arrange. All staff were spot on

Most of my care was good everything was explained and you didn't get the feeling you were being rushed into making a decision and the staff were very friendly. The only down side is the building is not very disability friendly
